General Terms

A- I can only communicate in spanish and english.B- I rarely refunds, this because the payment terms helps to avoid the use of this. I only will make a refund if you want to cancel the commission before i start drawing, or if I cancel the commision for incumpliment of the terms of service.C- I can draw almost anything, but there are thing i don’t offer, which are the following: real life persons, pets, emotes, chibi style, photo-realistic style, kisses, and controversial art.D- I’m almost whole sfw artist, so i will not draw: pornography, nudity with genitals presence, any kind of fetish, and anything that can be unconfortable. Also i can make gore (light and hard) and dark-themed art, but i will not make this if are fetish-linked. About sugestive art, i can make it as long the drawing isn’t too explicit.E- I will accept tips, but remember that this is an optional kind act for support me. Don’t demand free art or discounts in future commissions if you have give me a tip previously.F- I will not work with short deadlines established by client, if you need art before x date, the deadline cannot be less than 14 days. Make sure to contact me with time.G- I don’t will accept commissions from minors, this for avoid any payment problem.H- this terms of service page can be change, in the case you can see the date of last update below the buttons at the end of this page.

Process and Workflow

A- Before contact me, you should have an idea of what you want, if you don’t have a clear idea, take your time to think about it.B- You have to bring a very detailed description of what you want, add all the details that can be nesesary in a text description complemented with reference images (describe or/and add references of the characters, clothes, poses, items, background, ambient, expressions, color palettes, etc.) you can even choose an especific aspect ratio if you want (square, vertical, horizontal, panoramic, phone wallppaper, etc.) as more detail you can add, is better.C- When the idea is clear, you have to pay the 50% of commission total price before i start, you make the second payment after i have finished the sketch.D- In the sketching and lineart phase, you can tell me to make any corrections in the draw for free, don’t feel afraid to make me know about corrections.E- Also can be extra charges for changes and corrections in specific situations, like a very big change (pose change that require redraw almost all, complete change of background in sketch phase, or any thing that represents hard extra work caused by client regrets in the idea). In painting phase, only color related corrections will be for free (like inaccurated color in hair, skin, clothes, items, etc). any change or correction without color-relation will represent an extra charge (like change an item in coloring phase, change the position of the arm, change some character design feature, etc). So make sure to check the draw in sketch/lineart phase before i start the painting process.F- When i finish the draw, i will pass you the finished piece in discord as a preview, and in mediafire direct link to get the draw in full quality and without resolution loss. After the draw has been deliveried, the commission is considered completely done.G- About delivery time, since you contact me until the commission is done, there’s no an especific time, but usually it can take between 1 week and 1 month depending on the complexity of the drawing.

Payment and Refunds

A- I will only accept payments from PayPal and Ko-Fi, and also if you are costarican like me, you can pay me via sinpe movil.B- I only accept payments in real money, i will not accept any kind of payment in reedemable form (like steam cards, robux, discord nitro, etc).C- You have to pay the 50% of total commission price before i start. Then, when the sketch is already finished, you pay the other half. Thanks to this payment method, i rarely will make refunds, because if you want to cancel the commission in sketch phase, you have only paid the half, and this counts like a sketch done commission because the sketch prices are -50% of total normal price.D- I can make refunds only in especific situations, that are the following: you want to cancel commission before i start, or when i have a very initial and abstract progress (less than 30 mins of work). this will represent a total refund. The other situation, is after the second payment, if you want to cancel the commission, and the sketch are already done, but i don’t start to make the lineart or paint the draw yet, i can make you a refund of the total second payment (%50 of total commission price). And in lineart case, if i have already did the lineart, but i don’t start to painting it yet, i can make a refund of the half of second payment (%25 of the total commission price).E- The two payments method works with 2 equal pays, but in case of a price with no exact half number, i will round it up so it’s a little less in the first payment. For example, total price of $80: first payment = $40, second payment = $40…Total price of $45: first payment = $20, second payment = $25.F- You don’t have to compensate paypal commissions, you will only pay the base price i give you. Example, you pay $50, i receive 45$ for paypall policy. That five missing dollars are not your responsability, no problem with that.

Rights of use

A- You can use the art got by commission me in what you want, like pfp, banner, wallpaper, art for discord servers or youtube channels, etc.B- You can post it where you want to share, but you can’t pass it as yours, if you want share it, you can credit me directly or not, only let it know that you didn’t draw it. Example: you can do something like “piece of my oc that i commisioned, artwork by Rayiott” or simply “art that i commisioned” But never do something like “drawing of my oc that i did”.C- You can meme-edit, doing funny material, impress it in a real life thing, or use art got by me as you want. The only thing you can’t do with the art, is sell cosmetics and monetize for that in products with it. If you want to make a product, it have to be personal and for you or some friend-familiar.D- As the artist, i can and i will use the art i drew for you in this carrd page, commissions examples, and any place where i can advertise my commissions.E- As the artist, i can post the art i drew for you in social media (instagram and discord servers). But if you don’t want that i post the drawing in public sites, only tell me and i will respect this.

A- The software that i use is procreate.B- The price will depend on the complexity of the drawing, because this, the prices below have a radio. Things that can be affect the price are the following: character design complexity, background complexity, other elements and items that require extra work (like a gun, a monument, a car, background caharters and animals, etc) and hard perspectives and angles.C- About the style, i work by default with stylished lineart and semi-detailed render. But if you want a lineless draw, you can tell me, it will be add an extra charge (20% of base price), because this require extra effort with ilumination and volumes.D- The “+” symbol in some prices means that base price can be cost more than the number showed, but the price rarely will be above the number showed. Usually when that limit breaks, i will tell you why.

Extra Charges

There are things that will represent an extra charge.

Extra Characters

Any character you want to add will be an extra charge.
Halfbody +30 $ - 40 $
Fullbody +35 $ - 50 $
Characters with low detail level does’t count as an extra charge, but you have to inlcude them in the base idea. You can see an example of this below.

Alts

Alts (alternative versions) will represent an extra charge, but the price are so ambiguous depending of what change from the original version. The cost from +20% of base price to +80% of base price. You can see the diference in the example below.

Changes and Corrections

Changes and corrections only will apply an extra charge for no color related change in painting phase . Or extremely big corrections in sketch-lineart phase. The price of this is not clear, it’s negotiable depending what you want to change. Below you can see an example for know when apply extra charge and when not.

Extra Scenes

Extra secenes are comic-like drawings inside the main ilustration. The price of that are not clear, but i will take of reference the bust, halfbody, and fullbody prices but a little cheaper. Below an example of how looks an extra escene.

Other Things

Strange aspect ratios: situations where you require an extremely width canva can represent and extra charge for complicate composition themes.Sketches: if you only want a sketch, will be cheaper, a -%50 of the base price. In this case you will to pay all before i start drawing.Speedpaints: if you want the speedpaint, you can get it for free, this beacuse procreate records it automatically, you only have to ask me for that.
